1. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in time will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time are partially refundable, with a charge of the first night being taken.
• No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
2. Security Deposit:
• A refundable security deposit of £200 is required upon check-in. This will be refunded upon check-out, subject to inspection of the property
.
3. Check-in and Check-out:
• Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards, and check-out time is by 10:00.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to an additional fee.
4. House Rules:
• Guests are expected to adhere to house rules posted in the property, including but not limited to noise restrictions, smoking policies, and pet guidelines.
5. Maintenance and Damages:
• Guests are responsible for reporting any damages or issues immediately.
• Guests will be charged for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
• Guests will be liable for significant damage(s) exceeding the value of the security deposit and will be liable to pay the additional costs.
6. Cleaning Fee:
• A one-time cleaning fee of £150 is charged per stay.
7. Pets:
• Pets are not permitted to stay without prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee.
8. Liability:
• Prime Residential Property Management Ltd or Prime Residential Stays Ltd is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or theft that may occur during your stay.
9. Force Majeure:
• We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds may be subject to our discretion.
10. Governing Law:
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
